Refund & Return Policy

At Oversteer Studios, every product is made-to-order specifically for you through our print-on-demand manufacturing process.

Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Color variation due to screen settings

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.

Once an order has been sent for manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
